We’re proud to publish our 2024/2025 Social and Environmental Impact Report: A Year of Collective Impact
One of our core values is to be generous — to go the extra mile for our colleagues, our patients, and our communities. That generosity shines through more than ever in our 2024/25 Impact Report, which we’re incredibly proud to share with you.
This year, we’ve made the decision to publish our report in a fully digital format, supporting our commitment to sustainability as a certified B Corporation and keeping printing and distribution costs to a minimum. It’s all part of our continued effort to do business differently — balancing people, planet and purpose in everything we do.
We also wanted to create something that felt more engaging and accessible — a report that not only presents the facts, but tells the Smile Together story in a more visual, inspiring way. Working closely with our brilliant design partners, and fellow B-Corp, at A Side Studio, we’ve developed a bold new look and feel that we hope will really connect with our readers and showcase the passion behind the work we do.
At the heart of this year’s theme — A Year of Collective Impact — is the idea that we’re stronger together. Whether in the dental surgery or out in the community, our partnerships have played a vital role in helping us tackle health inequality, improve access to care, and reach those who need us most.
From local charities and community organisations to NHS colleagues and suppliers, collaboration continues to drive greater impact, and we’ve been proud to work alongside so many passionate changemakers across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
And of course, we couldn’t do any of it without our incredible team — the people who live and breathe our mission every day. Their compassion, innovation, and dedication continue to inspire us, and it’s a real privilege to shine a spotlight on some of their achievements in this year’s report.
