“I’m writing this email to say a simple ‘Thank You! More specifically I wanted to thank you for the excellent service I received at the Truro health park. I was supposed to have a tooth removed by surgery, and Charlie suggested that they try to pull it out first. I remembered how the attempt went initially at Bodmin, it didn’t even seem like it was going to budge, so I just expected another failed attempt. However, Charlie began pulling and noticed some give, and proceeded to pull it cleanly out, I was so relieved, no surgery!! I want to thank Charlie not just for his skill and professionalism, but also his caring manner, and putting up with my anxious humour. Also, Nurse Emma was fab!”
