My husband has attended two emergency appointments here in the last 6 months.  He was booked in promptly and was very impressed with the treatment that he received. He was even referred to a specialist to check something. The referral was arranged exfeptionally promptly. All turned out to be fine. Whilst being on holiday my daughter got an infection which caused intense pain and swelling as an emergency she was seen fast and treated with kindness and patience it didn’t matter how long it took and she was made to feel at ease even though she was nervous can’t thank them enough for all their help she’s now pain free

This dentist is amazing! I was petrified of the dentist before, but coming here has changed that! All the staff are great and really friendly. My dentist goes out of her way to look after my teeth and when having treatment there is no pain! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely amazing experience at Bodmin smile together! They were so helpful, kind and caring. They really helped ease my anxiety about going to the dentist and they offered expert advice and discussed my options with me. They were lovely and sorted my tooth out same day! Was repeatedly ignored by them despite having an NHS referral and on a low income. Had to fight to get antibiotics for a tooth abscess caused by a broken tooth left in my mouth by a dentist, and only after the infection got so bad it had taken me to Derriford did I manage to get an antibiotics prescription from the dentist. Dentist here was very condescending and scolded me for drinking apple juice before even looking in my mouth. Would not reccomend you to go here unless it is a life or death emergency. I had to travel a long way and pay £2000 for private care including a tooth extraction and fillings. The tooth was still infected and my bone around it turning to jelly. Emergency appointment needed.  Was told on the phone if my mouth looked like it had gob stoppers in they would see me,  I said yes then they changed it to tennis balls so they didn't have to see me, presumably because I was nhs not private. Had an emergency tooth extraction today and couldn't thank the staff enough. Especially Will and Katie who were brilliant at making me feel comfortable and putting my mind at ease.
