Overview

For anything other than making or changing an appointment for routine and/or private care, dental appointments can only be booked via telephone, we do not provide a ‘walk-in’ service. Our care is provided by appointment only and patients are kindly asked to not attend the practice hoping to be seen immediately.

Please be aware that we will require a deposit when you book an appointment for routine and private dental care – this will be deducted from your bill for the relevant treatment at your next visit. Please see our specific service pages for more details.

Due to the increased volume of summer traffic and roadworks across Cornwall, journeys will take much longer than usual. Please therefore allow yourself plenty of travel time so that you can make your appointments on time and avoid any disappointment. Thank you.

Our dental practice is accessible through the main entrance from the car park and also to the left of the building as you face it, just around the corner. We operate as an Urgent Dental Care Hub providing urgent and emergency care, including out of hours, at this location and provide routine (private) care including direct access hygiene therapy treatments as well as special care, paediatric, orthodontic services and minor oral surgery on referral.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the essential works being carried out within our Harleigh Road Dental Centre during your visit. Please be aware that there may be increased noise inside the building during this time. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

If you are experiencing an escalation of noise in the waiting area of the dental centre, please inform our receptionist. We can request the contractors to keep the levels of noise low during your visit to help reduce any anxiety you may be feeling. Your comfort is important to us, and we strive to create a calm and relaxing environment for all our patients.
