Hot on the heels of being at the BDIA in March, we’re once again thrilled to be exhibiting at the British Dental Conference & Dentistry Show at the NEC, Birmingham. If you’re going to be there on either 17th or 18th May 2024, do visit us on stand K72 where we’ll be showcasing how we deliver dentistry with purpose.
With our 7’ wrapped surfboard and complimentary beach-orientated backdrop, our bright and colourful stand will be unmissable! Have a go at the fun activities on our stand – our steady hand competition and prize draw to win award-winning goodies from fellow Cornish B Corporations is always a highlight for those who love a taste of the South West.
As a certified B Corporation and employee-owned dental CIC we’ll be showcasing our rewarding dentistry careers alongside the social and environmental impact we have in local communities.
Often at dental shows we’re recognised as ‘the dental company who sees fishermen at the harboursides’ and yes, through our Smiles at Sea integrated healthcare partnership initiative using our mobile dental unit, we’ve done that every year since 2016 – treating fishermen who rarely visit a dentist due to the demands of their work and their location. But there’s so much more we do too, from delivering our Smarter Smiles oral health programme to children and adults with additional needs and supporting Health for Homeless pop-ups to donating oral health packs to Foodbanks and other local charities best positioned to reach those families and individuals most in need across the county. All whilst being as environmentally-friendly as possible.
We really do deliver dentistry with purpose and have lots of fun (and smile together) along the way. Our unique model of dentistry provides genuinely progressive dental careers that enable you to:
- Firmly root your career in a safe, supportive and secure environment whilst developing your portfolio and building a solid network of really useful people
- Grow with us through rewarding career development beyond the routine
- Be well remunerated whilst enjoying an extraordinary environment and work-life balance
- Build your confidence in handling complex dentistry for patients who need us most, balancing outreach with breadth of service delivery
- Develop clinical, governance and audit skills and branch into leadership, quality improvement or your chosen specialism
We support you all the way, as you can see from what colleagues say about working here.
You could be part of our extraordinary team so visit us at the BDIA and have a chat to the clinical and professional support colleagues who’ll be on our stand. They love sharing their experience of joining Smile Together and growing their dentistry careers in such a uniquely rewarding, friendly and supportive environment. We look forward to seeing you there!
