We’ve proudly published our latest Impact Special Edition showcasing our #SmilesAtSea 2019 success in reaching out to the local fishing community across Cornwall and Devon harboursides.
This comes hot on the heels of winning The Dental Awards 2019 for ‘Best Outreach or Charity Initiative’!
We’re equally proud that something we began here in Cornwall has now been rolled out nationally and, as part of the national SeaFit programme, this year’s #SmilesAtSea was even bigger and better! Not only did we treat more fishermen and their dependant family members but we visited more locations, involved 24 members of our team and partnered with even more organisations to have an even wider impact on health and wellbeing in Cornish communities. We even featured on the BBC!
Thanks to everyone concerned for helping us make a difference in a community that rarely gets to see a dentist due to the demands of their work.
