About the Role:

We are looking for a caring, motivated Dental Nurse to join our friendly, patient-focused team.
Working across our modern practices and community locations, you will provide high-quality clinical
support to our dentists and dental therapists while helping deliver exceptional patient care.

Innovative Dental Nurse Career Pathway:

Grow and develop within a supportive environment where you can pursue special interests, gain
qualifications, and even care for your own list of patients in nurse-led clinics. Additional
qualifications include Radiography, IHS/IV Sedation and Fluoride Varnish, Oral Health Education.
Salary levels are discussed during interviews and are based on your qualifications and experience.

What You’ll Do

 Provide chairside assistance to clinicians across general, urgent, and community dentistry
settings.
 Maintain high standards of infection control and ensure surgeries are prepared and cleaned
efficiently.
 Support the delivery of emergency and routine care, including special care and paediatric
sessions.
 Work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering care both in-practice and, when required,
through community and outreach programmes.
 Engage with patients compassionately, helping to reduce anxiety and ensure they feel
welcomed and supported.
 Assist with administrative tasks including record-keeping, stock control, and patient
preparation.

 GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
 A friendly, positive, and professional attitude with a passion for patient care.
 Strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt within a dynamic clinical environment.
 Commitment to ongoing development and maintaining high clinical standards.
