dentistry for the local community. As we open this exciting new chapter, we’re looking for enthusiastic Associate
Dentists who want to help shape a service from day one.

Your Role

 1 day per week dedicated to urgent care
 Upto 4 days per week delivering UDA activity
 Optional Educational support and mentorship for Foundation Dentists
 Helping to shape clinical pathways, patient experience, and practice culture

Associate Roles:

 Earning potential in excess of £120,000 (OTE)
NHS: Enhanced UDA rate from £16 per hour (to allow for clinical lead duties)
 NHS: Urgent Care Day Rate from £500 per day, with a Clinical Lead Supplement.
 NHS: Educational supervisor supplement, following addition of an FD to the practice.
 Private: 50% income split
 Labs: 50% split for any lab bills
 UDAs: delivery of 5,073 UDAs
 Urgent Care: 7 patients per session (14 per day)
 Balanced clinical mix: NHS Urgent Dental Care & stabilisation – with options for private upgrades
dependent on patient requirements
 Flexible working hours
 Clinical freedom with full admin and nursing support
