An exciting opportunity has arisen at Smile Together Dental CIC, working within our dedicated Call Handling team.
Reporting to our Clinical Support Services Manager, this position will suit someone who has previous experience working in a call handling environment and who is looking for a new opportunity.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Ensuring, where possible, that patients who meet our set criteria receive an appointment or telephone triage call within 24 hours and are given appointments within a reasonable distance from their home/holiday address
- Ensuring all calls are dealt with speedily and effectively in a professional manner
- Dealing with queries from the general public regarding the availability and cost of dental services, ensuring the advice given is relevant and obtained from up-to-date sources. This includes providing those callers with the contact details for our own routine dental care service
- Providing administrative office support to the Clinical Support Services Manager and management team to ensure that a comprehensive service is provided
- Providing support to all dental clinics in relation to the dental patient appointment system
- Being an ambassador for the company’s vision, mission and values and demonstrating related behaviours
Our package includes:
- Salary £23,400 per annum
