Smile Together is a multi-award winning company, winning both ‘Employer of the Year’ and silver in the ‘Best New Business’ Category at the Cornwall Business Awards 2017. This great success came less than a week after our very own Heidi Wyatt won Dental Nurse of the Year at the Dental Awards 2017 in Birmingham.

Mark Duddridge, Chair of the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership, said the following on why the judges singled us out for the Employer of the Year award: “Being one of only two staff owned dental community interest companies in the UK has helped to ensure great staff retention, motivation and performance. They offer excellent support systems for their staff through review systems, training and development and the opportunity to work on community based projects.”

Smile Together is committed to providing all staff a working environment in which they can flourish. We provide a range of career opportunities that will enable you to develop your professional skills within the workplace.

Furthermore, we strongly feel that all staff should have a voice within Smile Together, to that end we have developed our own staff shareholder scheme. This gives our employees a say in the running and future development of the organisation.
